A couple of photos describing how it is to drive acros Norway now in the winter. You are either inside a tunnel or outside in the "white-out" snowy landscape.

Here it is! The shortest day of the year at the exact shortest moment. This photo is taken outside my house at 1pm on December 21st, the time the day has the shortest amount of daylight of the year. From today at 1pm, the days are starting to have more and more daylight. Hurray for that! :)

Check out the view outside my door this morning. It was -11 degrees Celsius (12 degrees Fahrenheit) with clear sky and the moon in the left corner.

Good thing I had my GPS to navigate with driving here. All the snow and wind makes you feel seasick after a while. But never the less it was an exciting drive. :)

Here's a shot I took on my way in to work today. Yesterday, we had no snow and the grass was green. But when I woke up this morning this is what I saw. Back to king winter! I guess it is pretty with snow, but I kind of feel like summer soon.

Here's a few pictures from work today. We did a story on avalanche search and rescue and had to go up in the mountains to tape the story. The weather was terrible. Filming during a snow storm was quite challenging and cold, but fun anyways! And I actually ended up with a few shots without snow on the lens. ;-)
